How can I install the new Dimdim Web Meeting plug-in for windows? I already have the older version of the plug-in installed.

You can follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the previous version of the Dimdim Web Meeting plug-in and then install the new plug-in for the latest version:
1. Close all the web browsers that are running on your machine
2. Right click on the plug-in in the System Tray/ Notification Area and right click on the plug-in and select Quit
3. Click on Start
4. Click on Run
5. Type %temp% in the open option and then click on Ok
6. The Temp folder is opened
7. Delete all the files in the temp folder.
8. Click on Start > All Programs > Dimdim > Click on Uninstall Dimdim
9. Log in to the meeting room and download the new plug-in by clicking on Show Computer Screen.
10. Wait till the installer is saved to the computer
11. Run the application
12. Follow the on screen instructions to install the new plugin.

This works if uninstall in step 8 works, but in stead you get this
please fix
first error in trying to update 6.0
"The source installation package for the product webmeeting plugin is ot of sync witht eh client package try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package webmeeting.msi"

"unable to unistall old version of webmeeting plu-in please iuninstall it yourself using the control panel add remove programs before attempting to install this product."
program listed add/remove control panel, but no unistall in the add/remove control panel
uninstall from program directory fails
hmmmmmmm
IT THERE A WAY TO MANUALLY REMOVE THIS PROGRAM
